Run your whole school, end to end.
Access University gives your institution one calm home for admissions, enrollment, gradebook, attendance, transcripts, certificates, finance, library, and counseling. Bible-centered models add a complete study suite built on Bible Parlor, with a Reader, Strong’s, word study, homiletics, atlas, and reading plans.
Start from the model that fits your school
Every campus is provisioned on one of six models. The model sets your default roles and the modules your school turns on, from a small church school to a full university.
Give every person the right seat
Access University ships with sixteen roles so administration, faculty, students, and families each see exactly what they need, and nothing they should not.
Everything an institution runs on
Teaching, records, money, care, and community all live in one place, sharing one roster and one academic calendar.
From request to first semester
Schools are provisioned by the platform. You tell us about your institution, we stand up your campus, and you invite your people.
Request your school
Share your institution name, model, and the person who will administer it.
We provision it
Your campus is created on your chosen model, with the roles and modules it needs.
Invite your people
Add administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents to the right roles.
Run the year
Open enrollment, teach, grade, publish transcripts, and stay in touch.
Access University is not self-serve. Each school is stood up personally so the roster, roles, and modules are correct before anyone signs in.
Reviewed by the platform team
Your request is read by a person, not a queue, and any open questions are answered before setup begins.
Provisioned on your model
The model you choose seeds the default roles and turns on exactly the modules your institution needs.
Ready from day one
Once your campus exists, you invite administrators, faculty, staff, students, and families into the right seats.

Questions before you begin
How is Access University priced?
Access University is provided per institution. Because schools are provisioned by the platform, your campus is set up around the model and modules you need, and pricing is confirmed when your request is reviewed. Bible study tools are included on Bible College, Seminary, and Small Church School models.
Do signed-in members use this page?
No. This page is the public face of Access University for visitors who are not signed in. Members go straight to their dashboard at the portal and never see it.
Can we change our institution model later?
The model is fixed once your campus is created, because it sets your roles and enabled modules. If your needs change, request a new campus on the model you want.
Is the Bible study suite available on every model?
The Reader, Strong’s, word study, homiletics lab, atlas, and reading plans ship with the Bible-centered models: Bible College, Seminary, and Small Church School. Other models can run without them.
Where do parents and alumni fit in?
Parent and guardian roles follow a child’s progress on the models that include them, and the alumni role keeps graduates connected to your community after they leave.
